The new Legacy2 comes in the most rich, popular colors. Caribou, a classy, neutral tone, was added to our line, and our ever-so-popular Cheetah has made its way to a permanent color and will no longer be a limited addition.
Along with the beautiful colors, the Legacy2 comes with color-match binding for a sleek look on your horse’s legs. We have also made revisions to the patented cradle fetlock system by extending the Kevlar® material to the base of the boot for increased durability and long-lasting protection. Our most impressive new feature to the Legacy2 is that all of its closures are now flexible and offer a close improved fit, feel and application.
The Legacy2 has a wealth of new improvements while still maintaining some of the great features of the iconic original Legacy System. The new boot uses Legacy’s original splint guard and rib for perfect alignment and aids in the prevention of crossfire and other injuries.
As you have come to expect with the Legacy System, the body of the Legacy2 is made of the same 100-percent virgin neoprene, allowing maximum flexibility. The neoprene is also perforated to allow the horse’s leg to breathe and heat to escape. Bond edges on the boot allow for a close fit against your equine partner’s legs and will keep the dirt and debris out.
